You will be tested and you will lose your mindfulness and your vision often. This is how it works at first. You realize that this is what it means to make progress as a spiritual being. This phenomenon changes completely after successfully reaching a milestone in maintaining your awareness through your ups and downs. The fortitude of your mindfulness comes with regular practice of mindfulness. The repeating efforts to attain mindfulness is the work we all have to practice for some time until it becomes our normal. This helps with choice, instinct, as well as well as discipline. That is the initial process of understanding your journey from mindlessness to mindfulness.

​During your path you will surely run into and experience this phenomenon. We aren't perfect and often times we have allot to understand prior to finding what we are looking for. We forget this all the time. We forget that we can experience life with more vision, mindfulness, or appreciation for this creation. It is not until later that this becomes more flexible and a choice as the faculty of our mind develops. This opens the doors to understanding and living a better life. Introductory courses in meditation or prayer are a good first step in learning how to expand your consciousness. These practices are something that help maintain your awareness, mindfulness, and emotional stability. They also can be the anchors to a lifestyle that is free from living from urge or temptation to urge or temptation to a life of freedom in choice. 

​Some people will say they never had any problems with their urges but others are deeply susceptible to cravings and cannot find their way out. Medication is not the answer to common discipline and growing in a practice like yoga can truly be a gift then. Often times this is where those same people learn just how capable they can become. For whatever the world demands of you it might not be what you want to be but you can always be prepared. This is where yoga becomes a teacher and pours into every aspect of your life. It can push you to a new height in your career and personal life. Even in negative emotions this practice is safe because it helps your release those emotions while pushing you to new edge in your personal yoga session.
